New NVFR for Darwin Airport

how exciting i've just found out it is now legal to fly your passengers into darwin with no aircraft lighting, well after last light what a cool new rule. :D Oops i forgot to mention you are allowed to do it knowingly in a single engine on charter?:hmm:

mind you the aircraft in question should bairly be allowed to fly at all let alone at night:ugh:
