We are a group of contract pilots who are close to be laid off. Each of us has at least 10000 hrs on jets of more than 40000kg and average of 20 years experience in airline industry. Can anyone give me a scientific method to prove human resources that we are an asset and not just a cost to the company? Someone from ALPA out there?
