After several years of 'consultation' and protracted negotiation the extension to the Luton Control Area is introduced at midnight (10/11 May) which will allow traffic arriving via the LOREL hold to be vectored downwind, left-hand for Runway 08.
Full details are contained within the AIC (http://www.ais.org.uk/aes/pubs/aip/pdf/aic/4Y203.PDF) but you may wish to draw some lines on you 1/4 and 1/2 mil charts since the airspace won't be included on the CAA charts until next year.
