Anyone know of any manufacturers of relocatable or temporary hangers? I'm looking for a small temporary hanger for the aircraft that my syndicate is forming around. Any ball-park figures on price would be a real bonus as well!

Cheers :ok:

About £6-7000 for a steel-framed T-hangar, in sections, on wheels, big enough for a 16 metre span glider. Purpose built by a local engineer.

Steel-framed poly-covered blister hangars are probably cheaper - look at adverts in magazines and/or do web searches, e.g. for low cost farm buildings etc.

Hope that helps.

email me if you want a photo of some of our glider T-hangars

A poly tunnel for a typical SEP is around £3500, erected.

Northern Polytunnels (http://www.northernpolytunnels.co.uk/) See hangars page.

I know that the owner of Chichester canvas - http://www.chicanvas.co.uk/
has his Auster in a (substantial) tent, you could try contacting him and seeing what he can do.:ok:

For hangers I would go to Woolworths.

But for hangars....... I've used Northern Polytunnels and Coverit.
The NP ones are cheap, strong and robust.
As you're just down the road, why not pop in to Enstone (OSFC) where you can see both?
