hello, i am interested in keeping alive my frozen german icao atpl (not jar) by doing a tug pilot job for a swiss soaring club to gather some hours for 2006.

the swiss tug aircraft (husky) is hb - registered. what do I have to do to be able to fly an hb aircraft legally?

Do I have to send a request for the edition of a respective endorsement to the BAZL / Bundesamt für Zivilluftfahrt = Swiss CAA ?

Yours sincerely lusthansa

Give the BAZL a call and ask them directly. They should really know what to do.

correct, and by any means, go to the German Air Authority to convert your German license into a JAR one, makes it easier.
