I fly a PA28-180, but don't have any prefromance charts for it. Where can I source reliable ones from. I'm looking for take off, landing, weight and balance and cruise.

In the POH. Whose is the plane? Ask the owner for the documents - they have to have them by law.

tmmorris is of-course absolutely correct and you are probably illegal, and certainly less safe than you should be by flying as pilot in command of an aeroplane without reading and properly digesting the POH.

That said, at sea-level, ISA, hard runway, no wind, MTOW for a PA28-181 (the Archer II).

Short field TODR: 1210 ft, 369m
LDR: 1390 ft, 424m
Climb rate: 667 fpm
Glide Performance: 10 :1, 1.6 nm / 1000 ft

Best glide: 76 kn IAS
Best climb: 88 kn IAS

Now adjust them with this A4 pdf (http://www.bmaa.org/upload/techdocs/2005392037140.GASCo_Field_Perf_Calculator_A4.pdf) or this A5 pdf (http://www.bmaa.org/upload/techdocs/2005392036140.GASCo_Field%20Perf_Calculator_A5_from_A4.pdf).
