FMC Database Update

Let's say you're departing on a flight at the end of the 28 day FMC database cycle. The database is valid for your departure airport but it will roll-over to the new database at your time of arrival at your destination. Should/would you use the new database or old one?

One trap to watch out for ... in some cases the database clicks over at a clock time different to that adopted in the country of normal operation. Just a small point but can lead to departing with the wrong data in the box ...
