Did I imagine reading this? "Singapore Airlines pilot dies"

Hi,

I was hoping someone could help. I'm sure I read a few months back that upon arrival in New York, an SIA pilot collapsed and died. Can anyone point me to any literature/articles regarding this incident please? I'm sure I didn't imagine this, although, my memory is failing :\

I've searched back to the start of November and all I can find (on page 13) is 'pilot dies of DVT'. No name given.

I think I remember reading about a Singapore Airlines Airbus pilot dieing of DVT after landing in NY. I think I read it in an article by the Royal Aeronautical Society or the Royal Institute of Navigation (I can't remember which).
