Hello
i would like to know the extend to which pilots can get involved in the magagement side of their company , or any other sector of the company to which they think they have something to contribute . For example do pilots (not necessarilly the captains/training captains ) help in re-designing SOPs if they think that they have more efficient ideas ? Do they put forward any promotion/advertising ideas ? Do they occupy office seats irrelavent to flying every now and then with specific tasks ?
