Stick me on the reserve list, please - probably won't make it if the dropout rate is low, but worth a look !

It looks to me as if you have more than enough bod's, but do let me know if anyone drops out, as I'd love to come.

Good response so far. Keep putting your names down here, we can do another visit or two if demand is there for it I am told.

I give this another day or so before the list of who is going comes out. Don't despair though, as I say, we can do a few more visits if you want. Simply put your name down here if you would like to go. :)

I must state that the primary reason for these visits is to get talking to ATCO's and their managers and giving them feedback on the relationship between controller and pilot. This in the past has been quite successful with good feedback being given from both sides. This visit will also include a visit to TC in the afternoon for a talk and discusion on zone infringements and a look at some clips of them that have happened recently.

Let's hope we don't arrive simultaneously then, eh?

Any way, BRL, could you add me to the list of people who'd like to go some other time, please?

Thanks!

Hi,

Not sure if I’m eligible to put my name down having abandoned PPRuNe for a while, but glad to be back.

As the March 11th visit seems to be well subscribed please keep me in mind for a future visit.

The NR Fairy
Runnerway
DRAUK
EGBKFLYER

Guys, if you could simply email me so i have an address and don't have to go looking through your profile, I will then get in touch soon for some more details.

All the rest of you, there will be other visits, as soon as I know exactly when I will post on here. Fear not, looks like we will be able to fit all of you who have posted in.

Will the unlucky names be carried forward or do we have to re-apply ?

Thanks :ok:

No. As soon as I get the final dates I will continue posting names pulled from the PPRuNe Magic Hat.

If you can't make that date someone else will go.

BRL - many thanks for your organisational efforts today - shame we didn't get to meet...

To all at LHR Tower and West Drayton - especially our two guides - thanks very much indeed for a fascinating day and your full and friendly answers to all of our questions.:ok: :D It gives me a warm feeling to know that such a professional team is looking after us, sometimes in spite of the technology rather than because of it! Long live the paper strip:D

I highly recommend this visit - the zone infringement radar tapes alone were worth seeing . Switch your transponders on folks and squawk mode C if you can - it really helps.... Look out also for the team coming to a club near you to talk about zone busting - a very educational presentation.

Fantastic visit to to Heathrow tower on Sat. many thanks to all involved in origanising it. No Gonzo, you weren't at all boring!

I'd recommend this to anyone who flys, and to people that don't for that matter, it really is very educational.

And can you have a better view out of the office window than Heathrow's runnways either side - except maybe from the pointy end of a 747!

Thanks again.
