With regards to LDR calculations on Public Transport Flights on Perf Class B (e.g. King Air) under JAR-OPS1, can you take into account the use of prop reversing for the landing distance or should you only use the performance figures without prop reversing?

Following the KMDW 737-700 overrun two months ago, the answer must depend on how much stopping margin you want, and whether you want to be vulnerable to a single-point failure mode.
