have heard of really low time guys in the ground school, i heard 1 example of a 300hr wonder but dont' know if it's true or not, anyways what are they looking for, i'm starting to get the impression, that hours/experience are not their top concern right now and if you know someone and have your application walked in that is the key to an interview?
anyone care to add their two bits, thanks :ok:

all bs, no low timer, a few with 2-3000h but jet time and university degree, vast majority over 5000h

Everyone that applies has a chance.

Do you want a better chance than someone else? If so, keep flying, stay positive and eventually it will work out.
