I know of an incident aboard a freighter where an unlucky crewman was overcome by a foul odor coming from a recently used lav :}

Sometimes the air on the flight deck gets contaminated for a few minutes (especially after 9/11 - cockpit door always closed and locked), it depends on what your fellow pilot has eaten...

Crews in our company get gassed on a daily basis. The company do nothing, BAe do nothing, CAA do nothing, We have had several incapcitations this year. One day there will be a fatality. Only then will the authorties do something about it.:yuk:

Why would anyone continue to work in such a hazardous condition? I'd give 'em two weeks notice. :E

I am very surprised that MOR hasn't piped up yet, as he is normally very vocal on this issue. Telling all an sundry that there is not a problem and that because the "Fudged" government tests did not show any contamination on the aircraft that they "selected", that we must all be suffering from mass hysteria.
