I think Employee Representative Committee !! (ERC)
Under the EU Directive on Employee Consultation Process.
The spirit of the legislation is to give Stakeholders information about big ticket items affecting the Company and how it may impinge on their work.
This is all new so only time will tell how it will all work in practice.

Cliste: This is all new so only time will tell how it will all work in practice. Well, in Ryanair's case this is not true. We all know exactly how the Ryanair ERC's work. No proper elections, no proper negotiations, management loving ERC members and much Ryanair propaganda about their success. Par for the P.R. wonder world of Ryanair.
