Good safety officer course????

Need some ideas on short courses ( 2 weeks???) to satisfy the training req's of flight safety officer for a small airline ( 30 pilots/5 turboprops/3pistons 19pax operator).
Something like Cranfields accident investigation short course and maybe safety management.thanks

Can reccomend the UKFSC course. Attended it 2yrs ago. Very good, learnt a LOT!
