A320/321 O2 mask announcement....???

Topic came up on a trip the other day, and I said I'd try and find out.
In the FCOM (1:35.30 page 1) it reads..."When the masks are released, the PA system automatically broadcasts prerecorded instructions for thier use."
Now, does anyone know what is said, and in what language....:confused: ?
