May seem a daft Q but what does ACJ stand for in ACJ-OPS?
It's often quoted in JAR-OPS1, eg (see ACJ-OPS 1.035)

It means Advisory Circular, Joint, and is the JAA equivelant of the FAA ACs (eg. FAA AC No 90-100)

Tks 212 for clearing that up, now to find where they reside.

As far as I know, ACJs are included in Section 2 of each JAR. Section 1 is available for free at http://www.jaa.nl/publications/section1.html , but you have to pay to get the complete JAR with Section 2.

I hope this helps.

Tks AL, 'twas ever thus - unwrap the box and need a fee for the key!

Yes, unfortunately true, and one big difference between the FAA ones and the ACJs. FAA ACs are stand alone publications that can be downloaded for free from the FAA web, ACJs are all mixed in with the IEMs and AMCs in Part 2 of the JAR documents.

You may find some use looking for an equivelant FAA AC, depending on waht it is you are looking for?
