Is the new VOR at Weston (EIWT) up and running yet? And any plans for an ATIS at the aerodrome?

Was up in the tower recently and asked about the VOR - got the impression that it could be a while yet.
Better news on the ATIS front though, shouldn't be too long before we see that apparently.

Re. ATIS yup - 118.875. Report that you have "Information whatever" on initial contact.

VOR operational in April hopefully, there is a proposal to change weston ATZ from class G to Class C, which would be part of Dublin CTR.

Has the reported QNH been a few mbars too low up until very recently? I live a mile from Weston and both my station, Casement and Dublin were all showing 1006 the other day but Weston was reporting 1003. Just tried it now though at 0930Z and both it and Dublin are 1021, so it seems ok now.
