He didn't say much about SH, but did describe it alongside strategic lift, force protection, recce and AAR as a "pinch point" in the RAF's operating capabilities.

I don't think they're trying to hide it in any way, however the later they leave it announcing it, the less time we might have to put in Urgent Operational Requirements=less money spent. Sound familiar?
