Does anyone know if Cathay has a base in YYZ? I've been told they do but I can't confirm one way or another.

Yes, CX has a base in YYZ for A340 pilots.

Me thinks Air Canada does ground Handling for Cathay. Once upon a time it used to be Canadaian AIrlines over at Terminal 3.
