Let's just be grateful the truck was clipped early in the takeoff run -- low speed mishaps are much more survivable:uhoh:
Note to self: Walk, then if possible taxi, entire length of impromptu runway first.

The whole thing looked a little risky to say the least with all those poles, wire and
vehicles,
Interesting insurance claim ( how did you hit the fire engine sir? )

Based on past performance, it should have flown okay with an Irish pilot!

Perhaps he was trying to get some time in a rotary wing?........ or even some bush flying?

Kinda sums up just how PLANE stupid some pilots are.
Zero airmanship, zero thought, zero "check to see if it will.... first. in fact zero brain cells. If big G or Darwin were real - the clutz should have killed himself and done the gene-pool a favour.

Holy cow! I never realised that anyone could be quite so unutterably stupid.
I wonder if the policeman in the final part of the clip just grabbed his licence and shredded it there and then.

No, I think he was getting in the a/c to go for a trial fright!

2 stage of flap would have given him a better chance if he had opened his eyes, tunnel vision, is always a problem :8

In my mind he showed no sign that he was in control of the situation. If he was in control he would have:
Walked the road to check what he was in for
Asked the truck to move just behind him
Then called for a tow truck!!!!!!
Would have been fun if it was on a flight sim, but not real life.

In my mind he showed no sign that he was in control of the situation. If he was in control he would have:
Not run out of fuel in the first place!!!!
Only words that come to mind:
