206 loses control while hover-taxiing, wind from rear left - here. (http://www.aaib.dft.gov.uk/sites/aaib/publications/bulletins/october_2005/agusta_bell_206a_jet_ranger__g_ojef.cfm)

Enstrom 280 suffers loose exhaust pipe from turbo, lands from hover without more damage - here. (http://www.aaib.dft.gov.uk/sites/aaib/publications/bulletins/october_2005/enstrom_280fx__g_mhck.cfm)

R44 wire strike in a valley - only noticed after (normal) landing - here. (http://www.aaib.dft.gov.uk/sites/aaib/publications/bulletins/october_2005/robinson_r44_clipper_ii__g_shan.cfm)

Edit: I would have dug out the 'original threads' for these incidents, but as far as I can remember, there were none. Thankfully this is another 'injury-lite' month.

The Haverfordwest B206 ding was mentioned here (http://www.pprune.org/forums/showthread.php?threadid=176413).

There's also the report (towards the top of the list) into the failure of a coupling shaft in a Twin Squirrel - report here (http://www.aaib.dft.gov.uk/publications/bulletins/october_2005/aerospatiale_as355f1__g_ffri.cfm) - which left the engine attached at just one mounting point.

Hmm! That slapping sound you hear isn't a rotor blade, it's my wrist.

Sorry about that...
