Am going on vacation to Sicily on 15 Oct for 2 weeks and would like to exercise my UK PPL - JAR - as I have done previously in Spain and Greece. The plan being to hire a 172, PA-28 or similar for an hour and take a local safety pilot who knows the local routes, procedures etc.
Have been given an email address for Aero Club Catania by Fontanarossa Airport but after many weeks of emailing them have had no reply. - perhaps they don't understand English ???
Please does anybody have any contacts, or other suggestions so I can make contact.
