does anybody know what the rules are concerning offering a local area flight as a prize in a free prize draw?pilot would not be paid(ppl) and the pilot would also be paying for the flight(hour building anyway).im pretty sure the lunatics at the caa will have some obscure rule to stop you doing it as they do for most things.thanks.

AIC 79/2005 (White 114) (http://www.ais.org.uk/aes/pubs/aip/pdf/aic/4W114.PDF) probably covers it somewhere.

Would these be the lunatics that try to prevent unsuspecing passengers from flying with the other lunatics that don't read AICs?
