ERJ 145 home study

Hi all, I am an ex ERJ 145 pilot and after 2 years should go to recurrency training. Does anyone know any web pages where one could download relevant home study material FOR FREE (like airbusdrivers.net)? At least a good photo on the overhead panel would be great to have.

they have every manual, poster, book on any aircraft in the world,
its not free by any means but there great value.
