Vclm is the one engine inoperative best gradient of climb Mach Number. Vcl is the speed as a CAS up to the level where Vmd=Mcrit, after which minimum drag speed is defined as a Mach number. Not much application during a climb, but more appropriate to a Drift-Down.
(For the pedantic, not EXACTLY Vmd/Mmd, but very close for practical purposes)
