20 days available, 10 days off
--sometimes work 15-16 days a month
--poor scheduling
--poor work rules (Bacically the company can change the rules anytime they want---usually to cover holes in their schedules)
--most of the guys are a good bunch, but a fair amount of personality qurks there
--The Japanese have a strange way of running their aviation world....you learn how to go through the motions to pass your checkride but not really how to operate on the line.
--the don't care about you personally
--training is soooo drawn out and they insult your intelligence (They don't "Know their crowd" before they teach)
--they teach you to fly like a robot
-- the green tea is good though
--I heard IASCO, WASINC, and HACS are hiring for F/O 747
