Hi all

Just had a phone call to say that Jim MCaulay, former owner of Turnhouse Flying Club passed away yesterday after a short illness.

Sad news, my thoughts go to Linda and family.

Condolences to Jim's family and Linda.

He gave me my first instructing job. Always good with the punters as an instructor, things were never quiet when Jim was around!

Most of his anecdotes I can't repeat here...

I suspect a few of us will have a dram on his behalf.
