parallel RWY ops at MAN....How long off?

evening,

i heard ages ago that MAN was applying for double RWY ops due to conjestion when 24 L/R are in use (queue builds for the cross at 24R for 24L)


then again i could of miss heard, away hope someone could elaborate especially MAN ATC,
