I had a go at the tests in Manch this Jan and found out i had not got through which is fair enough but they no longer give out feedback e.g. you passed this part but not the cubes etc.

Can anyone say why they no longer do this?

And after 2 attempts should i bother to have another go?

For what it's worth i put in a lot of practice and come the day felt pretty confident but maybe i just don't have the aptitude, which is what they're for I suppose.

And how relevant are the other "learning style" questions and "personality" batteries - can you be failed at this stage if you don't fit in their character type?

Any constructive criticism would be appriciated.

cheers

So far as I know, this hasnt changed...

The learning style and personality questionnaires are not part of the aptitude tests, i.e you can't "fail" on them at the first stage. They are used to provide information etc. to HR for the second stage interview, should you get that far.
