Not sure if this pic is real or not, but would say it was. These clouds are called "mamata" (breast shaped) and occur at the bottom of some very nasty CB's (as the background appears to be) and in some other circumstances. They sometimes occur near tornados. Needless to say, they are very turbulent and nasty, but look pretty cool.

Where did you get the pic?

I think I've seen that picture before.

Isn't from some cloud site "Clouds are our friends" or something like that?

(I see the photo is linked from University of Nebraska.......I guess it must be credible)

Correct spelling is mammatus. Very rare but spectacular, and that Nebraska picture is one of the best I've seen.
