Boeing 747 classic JETT/ORD Pumps

I noticed that Boeing has not updated the Volume 1 FOM to incorporate the A/D conserning the OVRD/JETT pumps and still has it listed as a red item.
My airline wants to place this FHB into the normal operating procedures,.
Question is this involves quite a bit of page changes to limitations, normal fuel managment and additional procedures for CWT boost pump failure, MEL etc.
Has any other airline adopted and incorporated this into their FHB?
Or are they just operating on the FHB bulletin expecting further changes from Boeing?

Kalitta Air has updated their manuels to comply with the center wing tank A.D.
There is an AMOC; (alternate means of compliance) to cover the AD and is supported by Boeing.
