FAA written exams in UK?

I need to do a private pilot FAA written exam does anyone know if you can do this in the UK yet?

Would be handy if i could get that over and done with before I went over!

Admittedly it's a small market, and they have to make a profit, but the lasergrade at the local FBO is $70.
