Longleat House

Hey all

As the RedBull air race is at longleat next month, I'm wondering if anyone has any info on flying to Longleat? I've trawled the web but so far have only found its a small grass strip belonging to a house? Any info for flying in/out on 6th/7th Aug will be much appreciated.

Longleat is not open for flying in, but Wing Farm strip is but a spit away to the East..Sorry, I have no contact numbers

I believe it likely that Wing Farm will be closed to visitors for a few days either side of this event, but you'd need to confirm with the strip owner (contact details at the excellent site ;) linked above - ta, Ginge)
