What's a Jar 25 Aircraft?
Cheers
We can assume it's almost the same, if we talk about aircrafts heavier than 5700 kg. These are requested to respect a HUGE amount of values, regarding performance in takeoff, climb, etc. All these performances and characteristics are listed and described in JAR-25. I suppose you might have a look at them starting from here:

If you browse through "JARs/NPAs" and "Section 1" you'll find all of the JAR rules. Good luck ;)

And/or you could refer to the thread, "JAR25 - what is it?" where I asked the same question just a couple of weeks prior to your own enquiry.
Sorry I am not one of those clever people who can provide you with a direct link; however it is presently on page 2 of 'Questions' so not too hard to find.

Or put (very) simply, it is an aircraft just a we bit bigger than your average King Air which you might fly on as a paying passenger. It will be two crew and have turbo-prop or jet engines.
