The new DA42 TDi finally arrives. Looks very sexy, brave step into the unknown but hopefully a successful one for Atlantic Flight Training. Just finished the ground school the exams results were all very good yet again. Lots of students achieving very high results formula must be working.
Lots of smiles on the flying side this week too. :O

nice, just a quick question that may be slightly off subject...what study material do AFT use for the ATPLs?

They use thier own books/notes, produced now in association with jeppesen I believe.

Hi,

I am interestd in training at AFT in the new year and the thought of flying these aircraft is a big part of it. Not only do they represent a little more of what I hope to fly one day, but they look like great platforms for the IR training.

No one has really said a great deal about them, so are they there? Have people started training and if so, how are students getting on?

Looking forward to hearing all about them.

Kind regards,

Buster
