...Read on the toilet wall today, the Engineers at Singapore Airlines have just been awarded a 14% pay rise. Anyone out there care to comment ?

Yeah, who do I see for a job, my last pay rise way 3% four years ago.

Our pay is reviewed annually by the company. For the last 15 years now they found it satisfactory :)
Not too bad for expats in specialist positions, but we have a lot of local staff working for less than 300 quid a month (and the cost of living isn't far behind the UK either.)
