AC Referrals

Anyone know how to get referrals attached to the online application? Do you add them as other attachments or is there a way for your referee to log in and attach in another area? The Help section seems to say the referee can add them but gives no further Help.

I am curious.
Did they say to attach referance letters? I usually have a page at the end with references but the file was to big and I had to pear it down, so I dropped the references from the on line application.

A couple of differing opinions from other forums, guys at AC etc:

I've heard get your reference to email the letter with employee number...
I've heard post our references on the application site

I'm thinking the more everywhere the better!
