Anyone work for them? If so how do they recruit and do they take low hour F/Os based out of Glasgow or Edinburgh?

Got to pay for your own type rating and I recently heard that you will have to pay for your line training as well.

Not surprised really considering the things I have heard about their Flight Ops Director!
