Garmin GPSMAP 296

I should probably have searched this forum as I'm sure this may have been rasied before but I'm too lazy:p ..

I had a play with the GPS 296 and couldn't put it down. Its amazing but carries a hefty price tag to boot. Cheapest I've found is £799 - Anyone know of anywhere cheaper?

I gave £789 including VAT at the Fly Airshow at Earls Court from Harry Mendleson.

I would guess they would match it if you rung them.

...but watch out because GPSs are often used as 'bait' for fraud on auction sites.

I would strongly recommend the car kit, too. It's fantastic.
