Hello all.

It is your last chance to sign up for the rally.

Entries close on 15 May 2005, no exceptions - unless your excuse is so fantastic it was worth a late entry.

Only 1 week to go!

The Pomme d'Or (as seen on WW2 liberation footage) is full but its sister hotel the Merton still has a few rooms left.

We have 41 confirmed entries and expect one or two non competing attendees as well.

There are already a few questions:

Will Bose-X keep 'his' trophy? Will he improve?

Will the longest distance trophy be won by a flight of over 1000NM, like last year?

How many trophies will be won by non-Brits? The Brits did quite well last year.

There are 2 other threads on this forum to read.

I am looking forward to seeing you all.

Book now & don't be disappointed.

If Bose-x has a trophy, just give it to him...we will never hear the end of it if someone takes it off him.

So what's the new Trophy for, then, FB?

No new trophy.

I assume you mean the distance trophy.
The furthest distance travelled to get to the rally, measuring beginning at about 05.00GMT on Thursday (check the details in the programme for timing).

The programmes will be sent soon, once timing at Lessay & Granville have been checked.

Last year the winner flew all the way from Thruxton (I think) to Jersey, via Wick.

See you there.

Now now Dub, if you could get that Taylorcraft beyond the overhead you could come and compete!!

I promise not to disappear into cloud to escape you!
