What is the maximum allowed ground speed when performing turns during taxi on the 777-200 ? What are the risks involved in exceeding that speed ? Can the a/c roll over ?

It all depends on the radius of turn. If turning on a runway, it can be tight- speed has to be down to less than 10mph, slower for a really sharp full lock turn. After landing and rolling off on a high speed taxiway with little turn, quite high speeds can still be used- up to 40-50mph or so as you slow down.
The chief problem is not rolling over- it is skidding, especially as the nosewheel is relatively lightly loaded and easily skids sideways. It has to be handled very carefully.
