Hi, me again,
Anyone Know of a free utility download which will show where a PC's RAM is being used and in what amount,
I have a PC which seems maxed out all the time.
Regards

SysInternals Process Explorer v9.02 will give you much more comprehensive info. than Task Manager and faster too.

Free from http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/procexp.shtml

"Bother," said Pooh as he struggled with /etc/sendmail.cf, "it never does quite what I want. I wish Christopher Robin was here."

You may also find Memstat XP useful for a moment-to-moment picture of the free memory situation, and the ability to free off physical memory automatically or on request. Download from here (http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file_description/0,fid,22445,00.asp) - the product's home page is apparently "under reconstruction".

this program is the absolute best, and it's free. It downloads very quick, and analyzes your entire configuration in about 1 minute! Print and save your results, you'll end up referring to it quite often in the future. It runs right in your web browser, so all information is secure. It also details all of your installed software's serial numbers. This alone has been really useful! Good Luck! http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html
