Of course, we can already tell the difference, but anyone who needs the practice could try this (http://www.airliners.net/quiz/)

Had a go for a laugh, 5 out of 5 when on Q6 a R22 comes up and the multiple choice doesn't even have an helicopter on it!!

I got 15 out of 20 - pretty damned good for an oldie with bad eyesight!

I personally like the nightime cockpit with the options A318, A320, A 321, A319 or lockeed tristar.... It wasn't the tristar....

Well 18 out 0f 20 for me, which isn't bad for an area controller who sits 10 NM from the closest airport in a dark room where all the aircraft are little round symbols on a radar screen. Helped by the fact that 4 of the aircraft were 737-300's and the A321 was a close up of the front of the aircraft where it is written A321 in bold letters. Made it all a little easier.

What the hell is a C152?
Thought you would know that one Jerricho. It's a single track road with passing places that runs between Llanffytryglwyn and Aberddthyingry ! :p

Question - The Aerospatiale N-262 on this photo is a ?

Oh, is it an Aerospatiale N-262 Bob!

That's one I got wrong!

Careful Jerrkcho, that was the simple one. Your corn flakes training is beginning to show.

You remind me of that ATC guy in "Hot Shots", you know, the one who sneezes boogies all over the screen then vectors the knucks onto the "bogies".......

Do you wear coke-bottles?????

Well I aint no spotter but managed 17/20 on the airliners quiz. not bad considering all I ever see is 737's....................

I think there's more street cred in getting a low score!

14 /20 on airliners - but hey.......I'm military and work without windows! Surely you NATS guys should be >18 / 20?!!

Regards, ADIS

I'm inclined to agree with you there.

18/20, though I claim an extra point on a technicality as when the A330 popped up I was offered the choice of A330 twice. I guess I chose the wrong one...

Just done all of them and managed to scrape more than 70% in each one, sorry not the vintage or light a/c section, maybe 50%.
Good fun though.

Pprune Radar - that's a much more sensible question than one I encountered:

The Bell 412 in the photo is a:

Bell 412, etc.

13 out of 20

That'll have to do. I did get every one I "own", however. :)
