Part 61 Flying School

Any of you guys know where I can find all the information regarding setting up an FAA Part 61 Flight School?

What forms, manuals, procedures etc?

Looked in the FAR AIM but must of missed it if it's in there.

Looks like the requirements for all flying schools are in pt 141 (whether it be for pt 61 or 141 instruction), training centres pt 142.

Fulfill those requirements and you should be on the right track - you just won't be going for the full pt 141 approval. However, if you're in the UK you still have the TSA student approval problem to consider if training for FAA certificates.

I was reading that(Part 141), just couldn't work out if it was talking about both 141 and 61.

Understand the TSA stuff and am on the case.
