According to this years' Cheltenham brief the times of official sunset will be determined by Flight Ops. Have they finally become deities? Can they take create a new world this one is getting too much.
I know some of them have high opinions of themselves, but please.:E

It has been expressed like that for some time for Cheltenham - I thought along similar lines the first time I saw this form of words.
If you got them to decide on the time of high tide, could you persuade them to re-enact Canute on a beach somewhere? :E

That was canute you suggested wasn't it. I'd hate to think you might have mis-spelled something very rude.:E :ok:

Sounds like a certain ex-Premier of Queensland, Sir Joh Bonkers-Bananas, who refused to allow daylight saving in his state.
It seems the sun shone out of his @rse and he wasn't going to get up an hour earlier for anyone!:8

AC,
Nice one :ok:
Mind you, he was also a fairly competent helicopter driver, so there's hope for all of us ;)
