Can anyone out there tell me which ANSPs use electronic flight strips and if there are any links to web sites about these strips.

Nav Canada at numerous units. See here (http://www.navcanada.ca) and search for EXCDS.
Sold to UK NATS and renamed EFPS.

Malta has has electronic strips for about three or four years I believe.
