Can anyone sort this one out for me? Its been on the NOTAMs for ages, and I still don't understand it.
It says (and I quote):

"SID Change notes on SIDs Essex Radar
changed to Stansted Director. (A1019/00) (PERM)"

And then there is:

"COM Stansted radar changed to Stansted Director freq 120.625 withdrawn. (A1018/00) (PERM)

Currently, on departures we generally speak to 126.95, Stansted Radar. Essex Radar has always been 120.625 and we tend to mainly talk to them on the way into Stansted, prior to getting transferred to Stansted Director on 126.95. SO are they saying that there is now no "Stansted Radar" only Stansted Director, and that that freq is 126.95. But what is this about "120.625 withdrawn"?

Essex Radar appear to still be at 120.625 and Stansted Director/Stansted Radar is still at 126.95.

So what exactly does this NOTAM mean?

In plain English please, I'm getting old!

This subject was chewed through in some detail about six-or-so weeks ago; might be an idea to have a look back through the archives.
