Hello,

I am through to the final stage of the selection process to become a Student Air Traffic Controller with NATS. Does anybody have any useful tips on how to prepare for the computer tests in particular with regard to spacial awareness etc.. Also does anyone have any other information that I should know about before I go into the interview.

Cheers

You may find help on the GATCO web site discussion forum www.gatco.org (http://www.gatco.org)

good luck!

To save everyone writing out their tips again (there are lots of them!), if you look through the archive of the last few months there are quite a few threads along these lines, the only thing i would add is to make sure you arrange a visit to a unit - it will give you an invaluble insight for your interview and i think it is expected

Lee,
If you trawl through the old threads you will find loads on this subject. If you Search my posts you will come up with a lot of them !! Plenty of useful advice to be had. Good Luck, See you at CATC.

sorry - i'm really dumb.

How do you "go through old threads"???

I have my final interview in a week, and although pretty clued up for the interviews I have NO idea about the computer based test

Methinks they mean scroll down to the Wannabes archive and other archives at the bottom of the "Forum" page, but I could be wrong.

Good luck anyway, and remember, there is life outside Nats as well!
