flight chronicles....for want of a better word!

i was wondering if there is any publications available either in book form or online that chronicle a flight say for example from London to Hong Kong - and that details the flight from briefing to debriefing with all ATC transmissions etc......

there is actually an exact flight from London - Hong Kong , BA 747-400 , it goes through FMC planning , Exroute , the route they take , other traffic enroute , the approach ....

Loadsa piccies , and all in a good book.

It is / was avail in Ottakars for sure , dunno bout now though :(
